DSCYF Resources
Additionally, all providers must have a written plan that addresses the child care program’s prevention and response to COVID-19. DSCYF has developed sample plan (COVID-19 Child Care Plan Template- Click here) that providers may utilize to satisfy this requirement. This plan includes the Phase 2 requirements developed by OCCL and the Division of Public Health and other practices recommended by public health officials.
Providers can create their own plan but it must include the Phase 2 requirements. The plan does not need to be submitted to OCCL but it must be kept on the premises of the facility or home and made available upon request.
