Resources & Forms

T.E.A.C.H. officially has a wait list for Associate and Bachelor degree scholarships. Please continue to apply so that when additional funds become available we will be able to get you in asap. Our wait list policy can be found here: wait list policy Please know that we do not know when funds will become available. Funds may become available if current scholars decide to not take classes or we may have to wait for additional funds to be allocated to T.E.A.C.H. from our funders.  It is imperative that current scholars follow all contract requirements and communicate with Beth (T.E.A.C.H. Counselor) so that we can update our information, failure to follow your personal responsibilities may result in your scholarship not being renewed. We would also appreciate your support in letting State legislators know that ECE needs more funding! If you would like more information on how to contact legislators or have any questions about the wait list, please email mspencer@deaeyc.org.

If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, please download the appropriate application. We have separate applications for Associate and Bachelor Degree and for the CDA (there are 2, one for center based providers and one for family child care providers). There is also a separate application for those working at KinderCare and Head Start programs. Please be sure to complete the correct application. All applicants now include the W9 and Direct Deposit form, however they are still here in case you need to update information. Family Child Care providers will need to also download and submit the income form which can be found here. *Those interested in a Bachelor's Degree scholarship must have completed an Associate Degree or at least have 40 transferable college credits to qualify.
